Winning Strategies is a three-part professional development series designed to equip members of the Horse Women’s Racing Association with practical leadership tools, peer connection, and confidence to navigate today’s workplace realities. Grounded in values- based facilitation and peer learning, this series offers space for personal reflection, actionable skills, and meaningful dialogue – all in a supportive, professional environment.
Three 90-minute virtual sessions are included (session themes outlined below). Attendance at all three is encouraged, but not required.

I am passionate about racing and would love to be part of getting more women involved in the sport and improving the public perception of racing overall.
I joined the HRWA because I volunteered at the 2025 conference and was very inspired by the organization’s work. After volunteering, I knew I needed to become a member to continue gaining support and industry knowledge.
Attended the conference and met so many wonderful women who cared about horses, and prioritized ethical racing and equine welfare.
